Make a revolutionary difference at Fraunces Tavern Museum
Since 1907, the Museum has been a place where amid the clamor and hustle of everyday life someone can refill their patriotic spirit and reconnect with history. At Fraunces Tavern Museum, we are dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of the American Revolutionary era through public education. We do so proudly 362 days a year.
Through dedication and community support, the Museum has been able to achieve a great deal with limited capital in financial and human resources. Last year the Museum attracted 29,000 general visitors, a 16% growth in visitorship from the previous year. This does not include the 5,000 students that the Museum served through our school programs, of which half are from underserved communities. With the growth of Museum staff, including volunteers and interns, the Museum is achieving long-term stability and healthy growth. But in order to continue this growth, the Museum needs your help!
Beloved by generations, Fraunces Tavern Museum has been a place for stimulating education about the history of the American Revolutionary era. We ask you for your help in ensuring that the Museum will continue to preserve and interpret our history.
