You can join the Benefit Committee at anytime, but join by December 5, 2025 and your name will be printed on our Ball invitation and journal. Join between December 6, 2025 and January 23, 2026, and your name will be printed in our Ball journal.
Benefit Committee Tickets
Purchase a Benefit Committee ticket for your name to be listed on the Invitations and the Ball Journal. For tax purposes, all but $234 per ticket used is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law:
BENEFACTOR - $12,500 - Preferred seating for up to 8, special recognition on the Invitation and in the Ball Journal, full-page Journal ad upon request.
PATRON- $6,250 - Preferred seating for up to 4, special recognition on the Invitation and in the Ball Journal, half-page Journal ad upon request.
PATRIOT LEADER - $3,125 - Preferred seating for up to 2, special recognition on Invitation and in the Ball Journal, quarter-page Journal ad upon request.
PATRIOT- $1,300 - Preferred seating and special recognition on the Invitation and in the Ball Journal. To purchase more than one ticket, select the desired number at checkout.
SUPPORTER- $625 - Preferred seating and recognition on the Invitation and in the Ball Journal. To purchase more than one ticket, select the desired number at checkout.

~ Weekend Activities ~

Attendees of the George Washington Birthday Ball are invited to a special tour of Fraunces Tavern Museum. The tour will highlight George Washington’s time in New York City, as both a General and as the First President of the newly formed United States, as well as provide a general overview of the Museum galleries including our newest exhibitions. Individuals can also make their own arrangements to have brunch at Fraunces Tavern Restaurant either before or after the tour (for restaurant reservations call 212 968-1776 or go online).

Sons of the Revolution in the State of New York, Inc. will hold its Annual Church Service celebrating the birth of George Washington and honoring members of SRNY we have lost since the last service. The Service will be followed by a coffee hour.

Honor an ancestor(s)/patriot(s) in the Annual George Washington Birthday Ball Journal with a tax deductible contribution. $100.00 per ancestor or patriot listing. Submissions must be made by January 23, 2026.
~ Commemorative Journal Advertisement ~
The Ball Journal will be both in-print at the Ball and digitally available afterward.
Make a tax deductible contribution for advertisement space in the Annual George Washington Birthday Ball Journal. Administrative fees apply. Journal ads must be finalized by January 16, 2026.
